Supported Regions
Where Amplifi and Juiced are available, and what you can do from a restricted region.
This page is the list of restricted jurisdictions that the Terms of Service refer to.
What you can do, by region
| Region | Browse | Trade, deposit, lend | Close and withdraw |
|---|---|---|---|
| Available | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Restricted | Yes | No | Yes |
| Sanctioned | Yes | No | Yes |
"Trade" means opening positions; "close" includes cancelling orders and editing take-profit or stop-loss.
Funds are never locked by location. Wherever you are, you can always close your positions and withdraw your balance.
Restricted jurisdictions
You can't open positions, deposit, or supply lending pools from:
- Countries: Australia, Belarus, Belgium, Brazil, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Myanmar, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Poland, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Somalia, South Korea, South Sudan, Sudan, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
- Canadian provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec.
Sanctioned jurisdictions
Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Sevastopol, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine. Closing and withdrawing still work, and activity from these regions is reviewed for compliance.
How your region is determined
Your region comes from your connection's location, checked each time you open a position or deposit. If we can't determine your location (for example, through Tor), or we can see you're in Canada or Ukraine but not which province or region, you're treated as restricted.
Eligibility goes beyond location
The Terms of Service (section 4.2) also exclude people by residence and citizenship, not only by where they connect from. If you live in a restricted jurisdiction, you can't use Amplifi while traveling, and citizens of sanctioned jurisdictions can't use it from anywhere. Accessing Amplifi through a VPN or proxy to get around these rules is prohibited (section 4.5).
